EP10: Egypt, pt 1 - Ancient Egyptian bead modelling [~1400BC]

In this episode GameMaster is given a makeover from pithy and sarcastic to a bitter, angry old man. The game’s difficulty level is dialled up, with strict instructions to deduct the player’s lives as a punishment for dangerous actions.

Despite the increased danger, Keon cheerfully adopts the name Kheper and heads for the land of sphinxes and pyramids where he intends to discover the secrets of the pharaohs’ beard grooming.

His attention is distracted by the House of Life, however, and our hero Kheper meets a priest, learns a spell and prepares for a journey to the Egyptian Underworld. After taking a deep draft of a bitter and potentially hallucinogenic beverage Kheper finds himself at the gates to the land of the dead.

Will Kheper succeed in his ambition to start a psychedelic theme park for the living or will the jackal-headed god Anubis rip him to shreds? Does this reveal Chat GPT’s take on the afterlife or is this just an AI fever dream?
